Revelation13:3, And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed.  And all the world marveled and followed the beast. (Emphasis is mine)

 

Did you watch and listen to the President’s speech to those of Congress who were there?  I did not get a chance to hear him because of severe weather in our area.  But I did listen to what was said the next day.  Did you catch the number of times he said that America’s system of government was too slow to act in time to the various situation’s it faced?  I wonder what exactly he was getting at when he made those statements?

 

 A number of U.S. presidents have spoken openly about a One World Government.  The text above is pretty clear that a day will come where the world will marvel at an individual and will follow him.  Read Revelation 13; it is pretty clear that the day will come when a One World Government will be a reality.  Could that really happen?  Could the entire world be deceived into doing this?  Perhaps you have heard world leaders and world organizations use the term New World Order – it’s the same thing.  This can’t happen in the United States because we are a Christian nation.  But didn’t Obama state we were no longer a Christian nation?

 

I have often wondered what would cause people to surrender their freedoms quickly.  It has become clearer to me in the last year when people surrendered so easily to staying home, businesses being forced to close, people out of work and all the fear created by civid-19.  Fear and manipulation have historically caused people to surrender their freedoms during a time of fear than when peace flourished.  So, you create a crisis.  Yes, this pandemic has been terrible – but have we really gotten all the facts; has all the truth been given to us?  Why all the flip flopping on masks?  It is just easier to manipulate people when fear abounds.

 

I picked on the covid-19 virus, but think over the last years in not only our country but around the world.  We are being told there is a health care crisis, and global warning is creating an environmental crisis.  Terrorism here and around the world is a crisis.  Unemployment is at a crisis stage in our country (perhaps because we continue to pay people more each month to stay home) and that adds to the economic crisis that we have.  We do not have problems anymore – everything we face is a crisis!

 

With everything out of control in this country and in the world, what do we do?  There are many throughout the world calling for the need to have global unity, a global fix for the crisis that exists.  There must be some type of world government that can come together to fix the problems we all face.  The Bible tells us this will happen and I believe that time is growing nearer and nearer.
